You may wish to start your research here. Encyclopedia sources are good for getting an overview of the topic, and finding search terms that will help you to delve deeper into the subject. The articles in Encyclopedias also often have links to other quality materials.
Use our Subscribed Databases for access to high-quality, vetted information. CiteFast is a great citation tool. When I have questions about how to cite something, I use the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL) to find the appropriate format. They have extensive guides for a variety of citation styles (MLA, APA, Chicago, etc.). BCTLA Points Inquiry has a lot of great information about how to approach the research process. It's not a straight line of A -> B -> C -> D. There is a lot of back and forth!
