As humans' understanding of genetics has grown, and genetic technologies have become ever more sophisticated, we as a society must consider the ethical and moral questions related to the use of these technologies.

Destiny - the library catalog. Look here for our books and DVDs
CiteFast - an awesome citation generator. ​
Some search term suggestions - This doc is being built to include some suggested search terms. Ask for access if you would like to add terms to it.
World Book Encyclopedia - Choose the Advanced option, and dig through the tabs on the entries. There are often links to related articles, both within and outside of World Book, as well as images and video. This is a great place to start to build your own understanding of the topic.
Encyclopedia Britannica - also a good place to develop your understanding of the topic. 
Gale Power Search - Search all Gale databases at once. Gale also has a science-specific database that may give you access to a narrower set of search results.
Gale - for social issues. Both Gale in Context: Canada and Gale in Context: Global Issues are likely to contain results that include more of the intersection between science and social issues. 
Canadian Points of View - This site is EXCELLENT for a debate! Some topics have been covered in a point/counterpoint style of paired entries. You will have to scroll down to find the CPoV section.
ProCon.org - this site is heavily slanted to American topics, but does have some content that will be useful for your research. Topics have extensive lists of cited works, that may help you to find further information.
Nature Food - From the Nature Research group of journals, Nature Food publishes "research, reviews & comments on aspects of food production, processing, distribution and consumption that impact human and planetary health.
